Raymond Wilfred Hudson is a retired English professional footballer and former manager who currently works as an English-speaking football commentator on beIN Sports and radio presenter for SiriusXM FC 157. He started playing professionally at the age of 17, in 1973, with Newcastle United. Fans nicknamed him Rocky and he stayed with the English Football Association first division team for four years before moving to the United States and playing with various teams for around 15 years. When he finished his competitive career, he started out as a coach. He was appointed head coach in the middle of the 2000 Miami Fusion season and was subsequently appointed by D.C. United was hired on January 8, 2002 to be their head coach. He was replaced in 2004. Then Hudson started commenting on GolTV. In 2012, he joined Sirius XM Radio as the morning host of The Football Show on SiriusXM FC 157, the SiriusXM football channel.
