Phillip Bradley Bird is een Amerikaanse animator, regisseur, scenarioschrijver, producent en stemacteur. Hij regisseerde de animatiefilms The Iron Giant, The Incredibles, zijn sequels Incredibles 2 en Ratatouille, evenals de live-actiefilms Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol en Tomorrowland. Bird, geboren in Kalispell, MT, ontwikkelde vanaf jonge leeftijd een liefde voor animatie en werd begeleid door Milt Kahl, een van Disney's beroemde Nine Old Men.
