Arthur Griswold Crane è un insegnante e politico americano. È stato il ventesimo governatore del Wyoming dal 1949 al 1951. Nato a New York, Crane ha frequentato il Carleton College e il College of Education della Columbia University, dove ha conseguito il dottorato nel 1920 alla Columbia University. Fu il primo preside della Minot State University e prestò servizio durante la prima guerra mondiale in questo periodo. Divenne poi presidente dell'Università del Wyoming dal 1922 al 1941.
