As always I try to eat less junk food
and not eat so late at night
But often I work late
If possible would like to lessen my time here
And finish reading a couple of books Ive been dragging my feet on.

 

I will keep trying to lose weight. I do not eat sweets. My diet is healthy, but I eat too much of it.

I need a diet drug that really works. It would have no harmful side effects, and it would not build a resistance. It would reduce the appetite and keep it down when I stop taking it.

It would be nice if it raised my metabolism without raising my blood pressure.

 

I need to stop admiring silkythighs photos.

She will never put me on her Following List, the way mayling did.

 

2024 for me was a good year other than the election. I got my surgery, I got my electrolysis going full blast. I really worked on my relationship with my wife this year. We have become closer than ever.

I think, the next year 2025 we just live.. We just take a bit and we sit out around the campfire (propane firepit) and we let the world go by for a while. Perhaps Oregon might be on the list. Find a river bank and camp there, or a nice beach near the ocean again. So nice to live in an RV full-time and be able to just move when we want a new backyard to play in.

 

Trying to figure out the best ways to quit smoking?

 

Maybe by the time this October rolls around, plan a trip to Key West for Fantasy Fest for my second vacation of the year. Just to mark it off my bucket list.

 

Hmmmm, start back with my stretching regime and core strengthening exercises, maybe add some light weights. Maybe go visit my sister in Florida and a couple friends in Tennessee and Alabama on the way there or back. Maybe a long weekend to take in the Dublin Irish Festival (in Ohio). Maintain my leisurely retirement lifestyle. Hopefully my 2 older kids who are estranged from me will allow me back in their lives. I’m not holding my breath……..sadly.

 

Definetly Gonna build a brick pizza oven and a gazeebo in the spring.

 

Get healthier

 

My life is complicated so my list is long so I'll probably try do something easy. Get my kids through school.

Continue the diet and weight loss. Down 16 lbs since 9 Nov.

 

Hopefully to finally get a job and a place to stay. Also hope to pay down this debt so I can start saving and paying more golf. Would be nice to find someone to spend time with but I know that's a long shot.

 

No new year resolutions, just going to take it day by day. All I do is work and enjoy what little time I have left.

Get back to being having a hobby of working on and modding cars. I've strayed far from it and miss it dearly. That and knocking out a divorce is REALLY for me. Those two things are between me and happiness. Only one is the immediate gratification type though (cars lol)
